Large Spaces
Our church has a number of spaces that can accommodate gatherings of 100–500 people in various configurations.
Our Sanctuary can hold 500 people when using both the main floor and balcony. With its dual projection screens, full audio and video streaming/recording capabilities, and large capacity, this room is not only ideally suited for weddings and memorials, but also for large meetings or seminars. We also have special accommodations for KSU student music recitals.
Our circular chapel seats up to 100 people for a more intimate, contemplative gathering. A large 55″ screen and built-in audio system make this space flexible to suit the needs of many events. WiFi is available.
Pierson Hall is our main dining hall. With a maximum occupancy of 250, this hall can be arranged to comfortably host catered meals, celebrations, meetings and conferences, and public forums of all types. WiFi and hardline network connections are available.
Our gymnasium/ multipurpose room is an incredibly flexible space that can hold up to 200 people in many configurations. The stage area is used on Sundays for our contemporary worship service, and the basketball hoops host a weekly league. The built-in audio and video systems allow for streaming of events to any platform. For any athletic or hybrid in-person/online events, this space is ideal. WiFi and hardline network connections are available.
Medium Spaces
There are several spaces in our building that can house events of all types with 50–100 attendees.
Our parlor is a cozy meeting space that can be transformed to suit the needs of your event. The nearby atrium and hallway can be included to accommodate larger events or additional tables/displays. WiFi is available.
The UCM lounge is the weekly host of the Kent State campus ministry, United Christian Ministries, during the academic year. With built-in counter tops and space for up to 100 people, the lounge offers an ideal spot for your next party or casual event. WiFi is available.
Single Rooms
The church has a number of classrooms and boardroom-style conference rooms for your next committee meeting or private music lesson. WiFi is available in all rooms.
